For over ten years, my life has revolved around the art of the pour. From my early days in Cognac sales to owning a boutique wine lounge, and now as the proprietor of my own cocktail bar, I have lived and breathed the beverage industry.

To me, a bar is more than just a place to drink—it is a sanctuary for reunion, warmth, and the joy of being together. This belief is the heartbeat of YAM SING.

The Soul of YAM SING: Eastern Heritage

In Cantonese culture, "Yam Sing" (饮胜) means "Cheers" or "Success". It represents the sound of celebration and the spirit of a successful gathering.

Our logo is a tribute to this heritage. Inspired by traditional Oriental brush calligraphy, the design blends the flowing strength of Eastern art with the modern precision of Western bar culture.

As a bar owner, I am also the primary user of my products. I know the frustration of tools that lack soul or fail under pressure. Because I use these tools every night, I began designing my own—from our signature 304 stainless steel shakers to our upcoming collections for coffee and cigar enthusiasts.
