We offer international shipping to selected regions across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific. To maintain our service quality, we periodically review and update our shipping destinations. If you cannot find your country at checkout, please contact us at support@yamsingbar.com for assistance.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
Each YAM SING product undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before shipment. Due to the high demand for our handcrafted items and our commitment to quality, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and packaging. Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time in transit.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We utilize premium international logistics partners (such as YunExpress and 4PX) to ensure safe delivery. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

4. Customs and Policy-Related Delays (Force Majeure)
YAM SING is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Carrier strikes, extreme weather, or global health events. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such delays.
5. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Orders over $60.00: FREE Standard Shipping.

Orders under $60.00: A flat shipping fee of $10 (USD).
6. Tracking and Communication
A tracking number will be provided via email once your package is dispatched. It may take a few days for the system to reflect the initial carrier scan.
